• A PG record is not a guarantee that all content associated with a person is authentic.
• The absence of a PG record does not prove that content is fake.
• Persona Grata does not provide legal advice.
• Persona Grata does not provide statutory notarial services and is not a government authority, court, law firm or insurer.
• Persona Grata does not guarantee action by third-party platforms.
• Persona Grata does not guarantee the removal of any content.
• Persona Grata does not guarantee any commercial, legal or financial outcome.

Persona Grata documents and reviews identity-related reports. Persona Grata does not guarantee removal of third-party content, legal outcomes, platform enforcement or any specific resolution. A reported incident is shown only as reported and under review; it is not a finding against any person or account. You must provide accurate information when submitting a report.

Persona Grata verification confirms defined verification signals available through the applicable verification process. A verification record is a record of what was checked.

A verification record is not:

• A guarantee of future conduct.
• An endorsement of a person.
• A certification of intentions.
• A prediction of behaviour.
• A guarantee that every future piece of content associated with a person is genuine.
• A guarantee against impersonation or fraud.

A Persona Grata ID identifies a verification record or persona within the Persona Grata service. It is not a government-issued identity document and may not be used as a substitute for one.

You may connect supported third-party accounts to your Persona Grata record. The availability and functionality of each integration depend on the relevant third-party platform.

Persona Grata does not control third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Content registration may create technical records associated with submitted content, such as identifiers, hashes, timestamps, or provenance credentials.

Registration does not guarantee that content will never be copied, altered, removed, or impersonated. Provenance technologies such as C2PA provide signals that can support authenticity assessments; they do not guarantee authenticity in every circumstance.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Use the service lawfully.
• Not impersonate another person.
• Not submit fraudulent information.
• Not misuse verification records.
• Protect your account credentials.
• Not attempt to circumvent security controls.

You may not use Persona Grata for, or in connection with:

• Fraud.
• Impersonation.
• Unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Abuse or misrepresentation of verification records.
• Manipulation of the service.
• Illegal activity.
• Attempts to bypass security or verification mechanisms.

Paid services are subject to the fees shown to you before purchase. Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers.

Any applicable refund rights are subject to applicable law and the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Third-party platforms and integrations are independent services. They may change, become unavailable, or impose their own terms, and Persona Grata is not responsible for them.

The Persona Grata website, branding, software, designs, trademarks, text, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Persona Grata the rights necessary to provide the service in relation to that content, such as processing it to create registration and authenticity records.

Persona Grata aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Persona Grata uses reasonable security measures to protect the service. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

These services are distinct and should not be confused with one another:

• Identity verification records which verification signals were checked, and when.
• Authenticity signals indicate the presence of supporting evidence, such as a connected account or provenance credential.
• Content registration records that specific content was registered to a verified persona.
• None of these is a guarantee of a person's future behaviour or of every future digital action.
